Letter to Members
In order to comply with the recommendations and best practices issued by the Center for Disease Control and other health experts, we will be modifying our normal business operations.
1. To comply with regulations, please wear a face mask when visiting the office.
2. We will continue to stay open unless we are mandated to close. We will be available from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Tues., Wed., and Fri. until such time as the school re-opens. If you need to stop outside those hours, please call. To restrict the amount of traffic, please call to make an appointment before coming to the office.
3. As part of the ongoing efforts to reduce the impact of the coronavirus on everyone, we need to do as much of our normal business via the mail or over the phone as possible. If you need a withdrawal, either call us or email us and we will mail it to you as soon as we can. If you have a loan payment or deposit to make, please put it in the mail or in the drop slot.
4. To the right of the outside door to 64 E Main Street, there is a drop slot. Please drop deposits or loan payments into the drop slot. We will mail you a receipt. It will be available 24 hours a day.
5. Our web page (www.springvillefcu.org) will have the latest information. If there is an urgent matter that needs addressing outside our scheduled hours, you can call 949-7859.
